We collect your email address and organization name when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as the number of memory operations performed, API calls made, and feature usage patterns to improve our service.
Your information is used to operate and improve Anona Memory, send service-related communications, provide customer support, and enforce our terms of service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Content you store in memory spaces is encrypted at rest. Each organization's data is isolated in its own database schema. We do not access the content of your memories except for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., running search queries on your behalf).
Anona holds LLM provider API keys to operate the service on your behalf. These keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never exposed to customers or third parties.
You can delete your memory spaces and account data at any time from the dashboard. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
